Im changing package to use dpatch.

I would like to use cdbs, but I dont how it works,  then I will use
dpatch .  Maybe in future I change to cdbs

About upstreamer,,  I think  he wont put our patches. He knows that
there was patches like geolizer  and he never put in official version.
Webalizer seems Qmail :(
But we can try to convince him.
