Full logs with dpkg trigger debug output available, if someone is interested. Another observation I made is that dpkg was already upgraded during the 'apt-get upgrade' phase, so the dpkg reporting the trigger cycle is the one from stretch. Improving debug output there or making trigger related fixed should be possible. Andreas
