Secondly the fuzzy string is always a little further down. If you run $ LC_ALL=C po4a -v -f debian/po4a.cfg -o debug=onsgmls and the unfuzzy de.po by simply copying the english string (which is actually correct here) the translation should be complete. However, when you rerun $ LC_ALL=C po4a -v -f debian/po4a.cfg -o debug=onsgmls the very same string is fuzzy again. Since the english string and the translation are identically it is not so harmful, however, there still is an underlying bug when writing out de.po.
