  Seems like you want `echo set abort_nosubject=no >>~/.muttrc`. Any

  (FWIW, I can't reproduce sending the mail; if one answers yes to this
  second questions, mutt leaves you in the send-dialog again, waiting
  for you to press either 'y' or 'q' again, for example.)
