I was anticipating that Maintainer would be changed in the future to
permit multiple Maintainers.

I see that something more subtle will need to be done.

FAOD: I intend to fix this properly fairly soon, but given the freeze
it may not make stretch.  I will probably wait a bit to allow dgit 3.9
to migrate and then consider whether to prepare a bugfix upload and
ask for a freeze exception.  In the meantime I'll probably upload a
fix to experimental or something.
