Package: denyhosts
Version: 1.1.4-2
Severity: minor

There doesn't seem to be anything in denyhosts that
requires python 2.3, and the upstream author appears
to run in in python 2.4; is there a reason the
denyhosts package requires python 2.3, or is that
just because 2.3 is still the default python in
sid? Can python2.4 be added as an alternative?
