Sorry, my mistake. (I use a setting that suppresses those messages and had forgotten about that.)
It complains about the comments (# Strings. and # Comments.), they shouldn't be at the tail of a color-command line. If you remove those, things should work without error. To show exactly what I mean, I've also attached an example nanorc file, which you could copy over your ~/.nanorc file. Benno
