Oh, now that you mention I saw it somewhere hidden in a non-PATHed 
directory:

/usr/lib/bacula/bscan.sqlite
/usr/lib/bacula/bscan.mysql
/usr/lib/bacula/bscan.pgsql
/usr/share/man/man8/bscan.8.gz
/usr/share/man/man8/bscan.sqlite.8.gz
/usr/share/man/man8/bscan.mysql.8.gz
/usr/share/man/man8/bscan.pgsql.8.gz


If it would have been in the PATH, then command-completion would have 
helped me to find it. Also it was a little bit weird that there was a 
bscan(8) man page, but no bscan binary.
