This was an arch:all package, included with the -2 upload, which got
accepted. -3 was uploaded a bit after that to fix copyright attributions,
in source-only mode; this triggered the arch:all FTBFS, so those packages
are no longer visible on arch:amd64 (and on other archs of course). See
this bug report for reference:

Bug#848710: compiz: FTBFS when built with dpkg-buildpackage -A

I've just tested and uploaded a fix. -4 should have arch:any and arch:all
packages built on all architectures, which should in turn make arch:all
referenced (again) for each and every arch.

Cheers,
