Well, I was going to report this as a bug in rclone but found something
in the build log regarding mtab, so I thought that it was related
to this problem and decided not to report the bug.

I've put my build logs for rclone here:

https://people.debian.org/~sanvila/rclone/

As you can see, the failures happen on a lot of different machines.

The builds were made under stretch with sbuild on a single-CPU virtual
machine, in case you want to do the same and diff the build logs.

But I'm a little bit confused about your unreproducible tag.

Does it refer to rclone only or also to python-llfuse,
the first package which was detected to fail without /etc/mtab
in the chroot?

Thanks.
