I have this problem. After I tell it to generate a new bug report, it opens KMail with a lot of gobbledigook, which I assumed was just to help processing over at Debian bug world headquarters. Here's what appears in KMail (on Stretch) when I ask to file a new bug report: First paragraph is the subject line and the remaining dump is the body of the message.
