Hmmm... strange ... not here.
$ cat ~/.config/autostart/gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Hidden=true
$ ls -l ~/.config/autostart/gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop
-rw-r--r-- 1 norbert norbert 28 Jul 22 23:11
/home/norbert/.config/autostart/gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop
$

but in .xsession-errors:
cinnamon-session[25427]: WARNING: t+0.02514s: could not read /home/norbert/.conf
ig/autostart/gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop

All the best

Norbert
