Hi Ondřej, I ported this to PHP 7 https://github.com/Sean-Der/pecl-encryption-gnupg I haven't been able to get a response from the original author, and will be working on getting maintainer rights to the repo.
However, not all the tests passes in 5 or 7 for me. I am working on figuring out why this is, if anyone who has used gnupg could work on this with me I would really appreciate it. thank you!
