It is using 'needrestart' as TEXTDOMAIN. notify scripts (bash): Has been patched to use gettext.sh magic from gettext-base. Those scripts are using 'needrestart-notify' as TEXTDOMAIN. Both new pot files can be found in the upstream sources[1] in po/$TEXTDOMAIN/messages.pot.
