I have a 4 frames per second videos which I need to encode from ogv to mpeg-4. The program do its job, but the source picture parameters are wrong - it detects 23.976 frames, while the ogv file is exactly 4 frames per sec, and while encoding the job status goes to 15% and then skips to the next one in queue (I believe its because of the 24fps expectation). Otherwise the encoded files are OK.
