I still use the latest released version of the dictionary.
You link points to the development version.  Since Frank didn't
release this as stable, I decided not to upload this new version in
the past.

Do you know why he differentiates between "de-en" and "de-en-devel"
directories, if both are stable?  For me this means, that the devel
version is not ready for production...

Can you give me a hint how to download these?  If I try to access
these files via
ftp://ftp.upload.debian.org/pub/UploadQueue/DELAYED/14-day/ I run into
an error.
