well, you don't pass the .changes to pbuilder, but the .dsc. I have a
feeling 'net' is the section of apt-cacher-ng. though I'm not sure why
it picks it up.

btw, just FYI this last warning is a separate regression, but it's
totally harmless (e.g. it shouldn't be print if there is nothing, as in
this case).
