If confirmed, I can commit it upstream for INN 2.6.1.I applied the patches and so far all seems to be back to normal. rnews is working again as usual.
Thanks for the confirmation!This patch will definitely be present in the next 2.6.1 upstream version. (Of course, a Debian package 2.6.0-2 can include it before.)
