I'm running a local inn2 fed by suck for decades pretty much without any problems. The last update to inn2 2.6.0-1 in sid now broke it. rnews which (is called by suck as user root like this: NNTPSERVER=192.168.1.1 /usr/bin/rnews </var/lib/suck/batch.blah) now just segfaults: syslog: rnews[15607]: segfault at 30 ip 00002b02ee506a2f sp 00007ffcb8a9ac40 error 4 in libinn.so.3.0.0[2b02ee4f0000+24000] Manual invocation (as root) as in /usr/bin/rnews -h localhost <batch.blah also segfaults. If strace output would help please just request. But running it as user news works: su news -c "/usr/bin/rnews -h localhost <batch.file" No segfault.
