Their? I maintain python-pygithub. And I already filled RFS on that
rename.

Hm, tricky situation. The only dependency of python-pygithub (old name)
beside cligh is jeepyb, which is only in sid.

As far as I can tell, it's maintainer is DD (@debian email). So probably
he can change his package and sponsor renamed `python-pygithub` at same
time. WDYT?
