Bad me.

The package itself is not great (really), but I skipped an installation
check earlier that I instead performed only now right before
uploading...

you changed a dependecy from python-pygithub to python-github, after
what is written in #808467. But you can't really do that before any
action on their part.
For the maintainer of python-pygithub renaming the package at this stage
would mean rename them, and keep (either virtual or real) transitional
dependencies, then he would bug every reverse dependency and then you'd
need to change yours (really without hurrying, such a request wouldn't
be release critical, as it's not the rename thing, dunno why morph used
severity:serious).

So using the binary provided by this new version of cligh would just be
uninstallable, which is a way more serious bug..
