maybe make-template heuristic should be refined to be lowercase by default, except with HTML + images documentation sets that goes in /usr/share/doc/<game>. I vaguely remember that when browsing some documentation from a Quake or RTCW game; some image links were broken, because the files hadn't the right case; I'll have a look with a link checker. very few engines really except uppercase files (I can think of ROTT)
