Nope, I tried again but that was not to be. I also tried various
keypress combinations to see if I could reproduce the issue but wasn't
able to . Maybe it was one of those things.

But I have to say I have seen this earlier as well, very rare, hard to
catch but have seen this particular error happen before as well.

I am ok with either closing the issue or not, your call.
