Did you hit [Enter]? This was while showing reportbug to a bunch of people at SFD Mumbai 2015. What I had done is I purged reportbug so that all and any configurations done by me will not be there and people will have an idea of the tool. After purging, I re-installed/installed it again showing people how it is done via CLI. I did share with people how programs get stored in /var/lib/apt/archives and then started to install it.
