I'd use "golang-influxdb-dev" (it is most intuitive and easy to guess). It won't hurt to offer "golang-github-influxdb-influxdb-dev" through Provides as well. Whatever name for -dev package will be chosen it should begin with "golang-"... -- Cheers, Dmitry Smirnov.
