No. The version is stable is currently "14". This is the first update to the package in Debian 8, so 14+deb8u1; +deb8u3 would be the third such update. (This is mentioned in dev-ref, but in the NMU section for some reason.) With the version fixed, and the changelog distribution set to "jessie", please go ahead. Regards, Adam
