Hi Harri,
thanks for the interest in the package.
I spoke with a DD that said that this kind of problem was discussed
before (I can't find the mail thread now) and the conclusion was
more or less "it is up to the mantainer". However, I'd prefer not add
alternative dependency on non-Debian package, because it looks like
I endorse its use.

What I propose is to change the existing strong dependency to
"Recommends" which makes it possible to install debocker without
docker.io, but in practice it will happen anyway. Debocker can build
bundles without docker at all so I guess it makes sense.

What do you think?

PS. I have to note that you should *not* upload debocker-built
packages to Debian archive (but you are free to use it yourself). The
standard image that is used is not official and shouldn't be
trusted. I will make an upload soon that makes it more explicit.
