It would probably be simpler to add a 'Breaks: libavutilNN (>= 9:0)' to our libavutilNN, as dmo uses epoch 10. But I don't understand why you want to prevent such mixtures. Anyway, that will become only relevant, once we drop the '-ffmpeg' suffix from the libraries, i.e. with the next SOVERSION bump in FFmpeg 2.8. Best regards, Andreas
