When reassigning a bug, please always Cc maintainers of the other
package. Otherwise all they get is a message from the bug control bot,
which is not very helpful.

It seems that spelled out (i.e., non-abbreviated) month names are not
anymore accepted.
Lintian uses the Parse::DebianChangelog module, which accepts
unabbreviated day of the week and month names, even though they are not
permitted in Policy (§4.4).
So maybe this should be fixed in libparse-debianchangelog-perl.
