Hi Frank, I saw the wishlist bug on gdal about ogdi support, so I've gone through the source code, and I have these questions/comments:
* Would it be possible for you to release a "packager's tarball"
that would not contain expat, zlib, vpflib, proj, shapelib,
rpc_win32 and so on?
* What is lib/win32/lxlib.lib derived from?
* The LICENCE file is an excellent resource, if only more
upstreams were as diligent.
