Package: libnss-ldap
Version: 238-1

When configuring libnss-ldap to use an ldaps://hostname URI, it doesn't actually use the designated port of 636. I had to actually place the "port 636" directive in /etc/libnss-ldap.conf, otherwise nss couldn't connect to the LDAP server, because the connectoins on port 389 were refused. This doesn't make sense, as all the documentation associated with OpenLDAP specifies that ldaps goes over port 636.
