It has been uploaded and built on most architectures (still Needs-Build on mips and s390x). When you schedule the binNMUs, please also include bs1770gain, kodi and mlt, even though they are already built against ffmpeg. The new version has gained a libavcodec-extra flavor, so they should pick up the alternative dependency on libavcodec-ffmpeg-extra56. As the transition is now ongoing, I've changed the severity of #790356 (gst-libav1.0) to serious and filed #793015 for taoframework.
