Provider for Google Calendar is part of Icedove
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=icedove), and
describe itself as "allows bidirectional access to Google Calendar".
While Provider for Google Calendar is free, Google Calendar distributed
as freeware which make it proprietary. Icedove currently recommend
proprietary software with other words.
Suggested fix: Remove Provider for Google Calendar completely from Icedove.
