indeed that work also. so working versions are 2.22-8+2+b1 (wheezy)  &
2.25-7+6 (sid), buggy version is 2.25-5+5.2 (jessie)

I've just tested the patch:

It works locally. It is a nasty bug, since it render mingw64 package
very limited (at least for me).
