Checksum is correct and according to your log the right source were downloaded. Something fishy happened when orig.tar was created from downloaded sources and that's apparently why checksum did not match. Could you please advise which file system do you use on "/usr/src/fheroes2-pkg"? I can not reproduce this problem on ext4. Thank you. -- Regards, Dmitry Smirnov.
