Package: getmail4
Version: 4.46.0-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

apparently since I upgraded to Jessie a few weeks ago, some
mails in my POP3 mailbox prevent fetching the mails. It
produces the following errors:

getmail version 4.46.0
Copyright (C) 1998-2012 Charles Cazabon. Licensed under the GNU GPL version 2.
SimplePOP3SSLRetriever:aaaaa...@aaaa.aaaaaaaa.aa:995:
Retrieval error: server for
SimplePOP3SSLRetriever:aaaaa...@aaaa.aaaaaaaa.aa:995 is broken; offered message
0000b56b54610e7b but failed to provide it. Please notify the administrator of
the server.  Skipping message...
  0 messages (0 bytes) retrieved, 0 skipped

When I delete the first mail from the mailbox on the server,
it usually can fetch the rest, so the first mail seems to be
the offending one. Other POP3 retrievers don't have this
problem, so it must be a problem in getmail4.

The config hasn't changed and looks like this:

[retriever]
type = SimplePOP3SSLRetriever
server = aaaa.aaaaaaaa.aa
username = aaaaaaaa
password = bbbbbbbbb

[destination]
type = MDA_external
path = /usr/bin/procmail

I can provide an example of a mail that prevents fetching,
it always seems to be a mail with HTML or mixed content,
produced unter Windows.
