We was syncing the archive from mirror.aarnet.edu.au -- looking at their trace directory, it's all there too:
http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/debian/project/trace/
The only reason why we sync from there is as because it's local to Sydney, AU.. where as the official AU mirror is in Western Australia (3,900km away!).
Either way, I've updated the rsync target to ftp.au.debian.org

No problems. The directory has been renamed from /debian-archive/ to /debian/
http://debian.mirror.digitalpacific.com.au/debian/
rsyncd.conf has been updated too:
rsync://mirror.digitalpacific.com.au/debian/
