I've already got locally a commit documenting the implicit arch-qualification (I think prompted by one of your earlier bug reports), but I can make it explicit that the package needs to be explicitly arch qualified when switching arch too. Hmm, which makes me think, cross-grading will not be supported either by those packages… I'll have to ponder about it.
