Thanks, that helps a lot for people that don't use debconf to configure the openstack packages. There is still another issue that the db migrations on upgrade should be run even if the database was not configured with debconf. IMO these should either run in any case where a database connection is configured or there should be a separate debconf question (defaulting to true) for deciding of migrations should be run or not. Running migrations on upgrade and configureing the database throug debconf are two separate things. Gaudenz
