control: retitle -1 do not load fuse module via modules-load.d fuse is a kernel module which is autoloaded by the kernel automatically nowadays when user space tries to use its functionality [1].
Therefore, this modules should not be loaded via modules-load.d during boot, i.e. the fuse package should drop the /lib/modules-load.d/fuse.conf file from the package.
