Thanks for submitting this wishlist bug report.

Labplot does offer the possiblity to plot a 2D graph from data that is stored
along one row in the format y1 | y2 | y3 ...

Does this suit your needs well enough, or would you like me to forward the
request to the upstream developer of labplot?
