Hi David and Ken, I just integrated an upstream bugfix issued in response to this problem. Would you guys mind testing it to ensure that it fixes your problems before I upload it to the archive? It can be found at:
http://debian.frogcircus.org/packages/wmfire_1.2.2-2_i386.deb Hopefully this should do the trick. Fortunately, it also fixes a bug which I was previously patching for that only occured in FVWM.
