Thats not true. systemd-fsck is just a simple wrapper launching util-linux fsck (which itself is also just a not-equally-but-almost-as simple wrapper that figures out which filesystem-specific fsck to run). http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/tree/src/fsck/fsck.c#n318 Lets keep this one for ourselves.
