BTW, the current wl-ja.info.gz is encoded with iso-2022-jp. I tried to encode wl-ja.info with euc-jp, but the characters were garbled on ja_JP.UTF-8 environment and the node `Download' cannot be found. I tried to encode wl-ja.info with utf-8, but the characters were garbled on ja_JP.EUC-JP environment and the node `Start Me Up' cannot be found.
