The Build-Depends > part has to wait until Jessie. sorry, I wrongly thought that doxygen would use debhelper to decide whether or not to include a binary package but instead it makes use of "DH_OPTIONS=-Ndoxygen-gui" to conditionally not build doxygen-gui. Thus you can add the changed format of the Build-Profiles field right now without having to wait for debhelper.
