I've done some tests with different results but than I have done another update of the system and now it works again without any problems with the versions from testing. The version of owncloud-client is now 1.6.2+dfsg-1. It depends on libowncloudsync0 with the same version and libowncloudsync0 depends on libqt5keychain0 which has version 0.4.0-1 at my system. Therefore for me the problem is solved. It think that some temporary incompatibilities at uploaded versions of packages at testing have caused the problem. (Less likely: another reason could be some changes within settings files which have been purged and rewritten while I have been testing.)
