I'm sorry, but the package is already removed. Please resurrect it via
the normal 'how do I get a package in Debian' procedures if you want to
see it back, see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/ for (a bit technical)
discussion about part of it, and/or ask debian-user@lists.debian.org or
debian-mentors@lists.debian.org for advice (or debian-perl, maybe).

Reopening this bug will have no effect, as the removal is already done.
