I tried to "remove" configuration files (~/.freeciv*) but that did not solve the problem.
- If I do 'freeciv-server -p 5557',, the server starts normally. - 'netstat -a --ip' return this, but it doesn't seems helpful : Connexions Internet actives (serveurs et établies) Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Adresse locale Adresse distante Etat tcp 0 0 localhost.localdom:6600 *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 localhost.localdom:5037 *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 localhost.locald:domain *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 localhost.localdoma:ipp *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 localhost.localdom:smtp *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 localhost.localdom:8953 *:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 *:gdomap *:* LISTEN tcp 1 0 192.168.1.72:47563 lb0.libre.fm:http CLOSE_WAIT tcp 0 0 localhost.localdo:49085 localhost.localdom:5037 ESTABLISHED tcp 1 0 192.168.1.72:47560 lb0.libre.fm:http CLOSE_WAIT tcp 1 0 192.168.1.72:45447 195.24.233.57:http CLOSE_WAIT tcp 0 0 localhost.localdom:5037 localhost.localdo:49085 ESTABLISHED tcp 1 0 192.168.1.72:45705 195.24.232.208:http CLOSE_WAIT udp 0 0 *:45042 *:* udp 0 0 localhost.locald:domain *:* udp 0 0 *:bootpc *:* udp 0 0 *:bootpc *:* udp 0 0 *:gdomap *:* udp 0 0 *:ipp *:* udp 0 0 *:64578 *:* > Does it matter what you've done previously? The time when I launch freeciv hasn't any consequence, just after boot or later. I don't know where to investigate now. No not hesitate to ask.
