It didn't say what exactly that was, but when I saw a new acceptable package in the queue that looked okay and came by one of you, I just accepted it... (The NEW processing shows the Changed-By field; I assumed that you would probably comaintain it or agreed who would maintain it, but didn't look at the Maintainer/Uploader fields.)
