we have needed to manually install debmirror 2.16 on a wheezy server to build a wheezy mirror that would work with live-build. #637442 was the blocker. It probably makes sense to backport 2.16 (and possibly also add it to a point release), so that a wheezy system will be again able to build a wheezy mirror without issues.
